Oh thanks Simone! I need to fix the bum cheek on the right a tad - the leg and cheek have kind of become one big cheek haha Will post a higher res better quality pic tomorrow.
It has a surrealistic and soft touch, like showing a parallel world with this beautiful and strange being. She looks so peaceful and confident... -Pierre
Daniel's works explore contemporary subjects and themes. They are predominantly figurative with much emphasis on mood and feeling. Daniel strives to forge strong connections between work and viewer, allowing the viewer to invest their emotion within his art. He achieves this with such devices as the subtlety of a subject’s gaze, body language and lighting.
Daniel studied Graphic Design at Charles Sturt University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. Daniel has also studied at Melbourne School of Art and Swinburne University.

Thanks Michelle, Sandy and Pierre.
I love this work, her face is so unusual I can't stop looking at her, I see maybe a bit of Joe Sorren influence...is she part of the upcoming show?
Thanks Vesna - yeah, she's part of my show. They're all similar works.
Well done Daniel! Looking forward to the opening.
