The seven canvases I'd ordered were ready to be picked up on Sat. I was very excited to bring them home and make a start. I've been sketching ideas the past month for a new series in the works. I'm going to be painting very stylized geishas in dream like environments.Here's a quick sketch from a while back that prompted the idea...
I've already made a start on the canvas by sketching a basic plan of attack.. I don't want to give too much away - so I wont post any more pics until each one is finished.
Oh, I also managed to wash all my nearly dead brushes on Sunday after they'd been marinating in a cocktail of chemicals for 2 months. Thankfully I've managed to save about 90% of them. Whoohoo!
