The Art at Burnley Harbour exhibition was on during the weekend. Unfortunately I didn't manage to sell any of my 4 submissions, though I was told they only sold 50 this year - The hot weather may have deterred the public. Not to worry though:)
Congratulations to Michelle on her sale though!

This is what my art teacher said to me last week.
If you enter competitions/shows, and don't win or sell anything, it means nothing, absolutely nothing. It's not a reflection of the quality of your work, so never let it get to you.
He's a brilliant, established artist, so those words really do mean something.
Soooo... don't let this get to you, your work is good, keep smiling and keep plugging away at it.
